About Us

Sciatica Pain Relief at Home was just established January 2014 by authour Regina Rain. She looks forward to sharing with other back pain sufferers her personal story and recovery from Sciatica one that was not an easy journey but took a lot of wrong turns within the hussle of life. Coming out of it has left her with a knowledge that she cannot keep to herself because she knows what its like to feel defeated and hopeless of ever recovering from nagging to debilitating leg pain. Some people also experience this as nagging shoulder and arm pain rather than in the leg but what it boils down to is spinal degeneration and bulging disc in the cervical (neck) or Lumbar (lower back) spine.

We hope to inspire hope into everyone visiting this site that they too have the ability to find sciatica pain relief no matter what stage they are in. We encourage you to share your own stories and bring any added insight that you may have gained to share with others.

This website is for sharing information as well as links to sites that have available products that are related to helping sciatica pain, neck pain and back pain. We hope to also be a source of growing education on the topic of spinal health by providing anatomy of the spine, neutritional education, and exercises that will strengthen and increase flexability of the spine.

Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns by visiting our contact page here.

I have firsthand experience of battling sciatica pain for over half a year before I found complete recovery. It was due to miss diagnosis and running into the wrong doctors for advice. It wasn't until I found the right physiotherapist that I found myself starting to recover but I reached a plateau and had to find something to fully recover. For me that was lumbar traction and it was truly my saving grace to finally be able to do the activities I love doing again.
